LP Side 1 was recorded in the studio. Side 2 is taken from a live performance in Tokyo in 1988. This record was limited to 2000 copies, and originally came with a poster for The Final Church of the Noddy Apocalypse. Track B2, which is a cover of a Blue Öyster Cult song, is not listed on the record sleeve.

The CD was released at the same time as the LP, and is identical to it. It too does not list "Summer of Love" as being on the disc, but it is included. This CD was reissued in 1993 with a slight change in the artwork to indicate it was distributed by World Serpent rather than PWC as originally indicated.

Early pressings of this CD may be susceptible to disc rot.
