- Expanded reissue of the 1992 original.Three-panel digipak with booklet. Limited edition, discontinued when distributors World Serpent went bankrupt.
- CD2 tracks 1-8 are tracks recorded during the original Thunder Perfect Mind sessions but left off the original album for lack of time or because they did not fit.
- CD2 tracks 9-13 recorded live at La Lune des Pirates in Amiens, France on the 15th December 1990.

Notes
This is the sister album to Nurse With Wound's Thunder Perfect Mind Reissued in 1994 with a slight change in the artwork: the picture of David Tibet that once adorned the cover had turned into a Louis Wain kitten!
Although Edward Ka-Spel of The Legendary Pink Dots is mentioned in the credits, he didn't actually perform on this album!
